This film is one of the science fiction movie by Shankar. Rajinikanth is the hero, the scientist who created the humanoid robot named as chitti by his mom. Ever beauty Aishwarya Rai is committed with the scientist Rajinikanth both loving each other. The humanoid robot which do all the works like human is inspired by Rai and asks Rajini for that robot to keep with her one day. Then offered by the chitti to his master to create the feelings into it. That makes a huge problem that robot too start loving Rai and makes the tragedy and destroys the lives too.
